SQ Celsius Unit 3 - Built for What is Next

SQ Celsius Unit 3 sets a new global benchmark in climate conscious industrial design and operational excellence. Purpose-built to elevate sweater production, this facility redefines what is possible in responsible future-ready manufacturing.

The two storied main building features a strategically optimized layout that maximizes operational efficiency. Advanced automatic knitting takes place on the ground floor, while precision assembly and finishing operations are seamlessly carried out above. This horizontal workflow ensures smooth goods movement, reduced handling time, and maximized efficiency - where skilled craftspeople add the final touches that set Q products apart.

The facility sets new industry standards for sustainable manufacturing through its comprehensive energy management system. It incorporates intelligent natural light optimization to minimize artificial lighting, while maintaining optimal working conditions. Advanced climate control features include solar fencing and western shading devices that significantly reduce afternoon heat gain, while double-glazed windows preserve cooling efficiency in climate-controlled production zones. An extended roof structure maximizes solar energy capture, enabling us to meet 35% of total energy demand from renewable sources.

Water use is equally future facing. The facility operates on water neutral principles through innovative resource management system. Our integrated water treatment plant ensures complete recycling of all process water, while a rainwater harvesting system supplements operational water requirements. This closed-loop approach reflects our commitment to resource responsibility.

A dedicated smart warehouse is equipped with high density racking systems and energy efficient storage solutions that optimize both space utilization and inventory management.

A separate four-storied annex building centralizes key essential support functions, including modern dining facilities, dedicated prayer spaces, and administrative offices - all designed with the well-being of our people in mind.

Now in its final stages of construction, SQ Celsius Unit 3 spans a total built-up area of 240,000 square feet and will house 600 knitting machines, with an expected output of 500,000 pcs per month. The facility is on track to be fully operational by September 2025. A selection of recent images is featured here to offer a glimpse of what is taking shape.
