Chief Digital and Innovation Officer (CDIO)

Location: Singapore

Reports to: Group CEO

The Opportunity

Own the enterprise wide digital, data, and AI vision. Turn technology into measurable commercial, operational, and sustainability value while governing risk and cyber‑resilience. The CDIO will convert Q Collection from an “analogue support” mindset to a “digital growth" engine. This is a C-level position with full authority to transform our technology landscape from ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and execute comprehensive digital and AI roadmap, reference architecture, and data strategy
• Chair Digital Governance Committee and allocate capex across digital programs
• Establish cloud-first architecture, AI-default operations, and unified data strategy
• Oversee ERP rehabilitation and full integration
• Deploy responsible Gen-AI and predictive models across the value chain
• Implement zero-trust cybersecurity, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and model-risk frameworks
• Lead restructuring of the department to a high-performing, 25–30 person global elite professionals
• Provide monthly transformation updates to Board of Directors
• Represent Q Collection externally with AI labs, hyper scalers, and 3D/AR partners

Experience and Qualification Required:

• 15+ years in CIO/CDO/CTO or consulting leadership roles
• C-level, board-facing with global change experience in supply-chain or manufacturing
• Proven track record of ERP transformation, Gen-AI deployment, and tech team scaling
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA with technology focus from top-tier university

Head of Digital and AI (HDA)

Location: Singapore

Reports to: CDIO

The Opportunity

Lead Q Collection’s intelligence engine by building the data platform, automation stack, and AI tools to power design, production, ESG reporting, and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Engineering: Own data lakehouse, APIs, real-time data flow
• Automation and Integration: Run low-code/iPaaS stack, drive ERP/PLM/CRM integration
• Advanced Analytics and AI: Develop models, maintain lifecycle, integrate into operations
• ERP Transformation: Lead complete overhaul of WFX ERP system, achieving full integration across all modules
• Analytics Excellence: Implement real-time reporting capabilities (daily P&L, cash flow, production metrics) and predictive analytics
• Smart Factory Integration: Support advanced manufacturing initiatives including IoT, machine learning, and process optimization
• Innovation Lab: 8-week agile sprints for AR, 3D, digital twin PoCs
• Enablement: Train no-code citizen developers, publish analytics playbooks

Experience and Qualification Required:

• 8–12 years in ML/data leadership, including 3+ years running cross-functional squads
• Hands-on with: Python, PyTorch, SQL, AWS/Azure/GCP MLOps, RPA tools, APIs
• Domain exposure to manufacturing/supply chain, 3D CAD/PLM is a plus
• Proven success in large-scale ERP implementations and integrations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or manufacturing-specific ERPs)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field from recognized university
• Agile mindset, experimentation-first, clear communicator across tech and business

Head of IT and Cyber Operations (HICO)

Location: Singapore/Bangladesh

Reports to: CDIO

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity:

Serve as Q Collection’s global technology backbone - ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant infrastructure that powers operations across Asia, Africa, and Europe. This role owns cloud environments, network architecture, device lifecycle, service desk, and digital security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure across all locations: servers, network, cloud, endpoints
• Lead 24/7 world class IT operations and on-ground support across global units
• Own cybersecurity posture - vulnerability mgmt., endpoint protection, SOC-as-a-service
• Oversee helpdesk, endpoint management, and technical support services
• Govern IT procurement, MDM, patch cycles, and hardware refresh
• Manage global helpdesk, enforce SLAs, and drive service culture across teams
• Support ERP/PLM/CRM availability alongside HDA’s integration roadmap
• Ensure IT operations meet international standards and regulatory requirements
• Implement robust backup, recovery, and business continuity solutions

Experience and Qualification Required:

• 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or cloud security
• Global team leadership preferred, manufacturing or supply chain context a plus
• Expertise in ITSM, patch management, cloud-native infra (Azure, AWS, GCP), MDM tools
• Strong process orientation, uptime accountability, and stakeholder alignment
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering; certifications in Security+, CISSP, or ITIL desirable
