M&S Managing Director’s Visit to SQ Station : A Testament to Innovation and Strategic Partnership

Building Trust through Transparency

At Q Collection, we believe that transparency and open dialogue form thefoundation to lasting partnerships. We were honored to welcome the Managing Director of one of our valued customers, Marks & Spencer (M&S), to our SQ Station manufacturing facility in Bangladesh on July 1, 2025.

Visits like these are more than just tours – they are an opportunity to showcase firsthand the people, processes and care behind every product we create. By opening our doors, we invite our partners to see our operations firsthand –from our ethical labor practices and quality assurance to meeting the people behind the clothes they sell and seeing how we embed sustainability into every stage of our production.

Showcasing Innovation & Excellence

After the reception, our Group CEO and Chief People & Sustainability Officer (CPSO) hosted a strategy presentation. The session highlighted Q Collection’s journey of transformation, innovation, and commitment to ethical and sustainable manufacturing practices.

The visit featured a guided tour through several key operational areas:

- Q Showroom

- Research & Development (R&D) Room

- Product Development Area

- Knitting & Linking Floors at SQ Celsius

- Q Care Facility

- Birichina and Hues Operation Floors

These visits showcased Q’s cutting-edge capabilities in design, innovation, and high-quality sustainable production, while also highlighting the strength of our vertically integrated business model to drive excellence across the value chain.

Inclusion & Social Empowerment

A particularly moving moment was a special interactive session with the Center for the Rehabilitation of the Paralyzed (CRP) beneficiaries from the Marks & Starts initiative, an M&S-backed program supporting individuals with disabilities through employment. The Marks & Start program, a partnership that began in 2021, currently employs 161 people with disabilities across all our facilities, with at least 16 more set to join later in the year.

Our long-term commitment to this program demonstrates our continued commitment to create meaningful opportunities and foster a diverse workforce.

Looking Ahead

This successful visit marks another proud milestone in our enduring relationship with Marks & Spencer. Such face-to-face engagements strengthen trust, foster mutual understanding, and allow for candid conversations about shared values and expectations. They also hold us accountable to the high standards we set for ourselves at Q, reinforcing the integrity of our supply chain.

Together, we remain committed to building a future-ready, responsible, and inclusive apparel industry, one stitch at a time.
