We are proud to announce that one of Q Collection’s newest flagship factories, SQ Celsius Ltd Unit-3, has been recently awarded LEED Platinum certification, the highest level of recognition under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system. Particularly, it achieved a grounding 107 out of 110 points – the highest score ever awarded globally under this category. This record-setting achievement reflects our deep commitment to environmental performance – not just in words, but in action – while placing us at the forefront of sustainable building innovation.
LEED is the world’s most trusted and most rigorous green building certification standards, assessing how well a project performs across areas like energy efficiency, water conservation, material use, site impact, and indoor environmental quality. At the core of our philosophy lies a deep respect for nature — and this project is a testament to that.
We earned perfect scores in Location & Transportation (16/16), Sustainable Sites (10/10), Water Efficiency (11/11), and Indoor Environmental Quality (16/16), ensuring that every decision supports both the environment and the people who inhabit our spaces. In Energy and Atmosphere, we secured 32 out of 33, with a full 18/18 in Optimize Energy Performance, pushing the boundaries of efficiency. Our work in Materials and Resources and Innovation further reflects a holistic, forward-thinking approach.
As a result of the integrated sustainable features across all LEED categories, the facility is designed to consume 35% less energy than comparable buildings, recycle 100% of its wastewater with added support from rainwater harvesting systems, and meet 35% of its total energy demand through on-site renewable sources such as solar and wind power- reinforcing our commitment to environmental responsibility at every level.
LEED Platinum is more than a badge of honor — it’s proof of what we stand for: a commitment to designing with conscience, building with purpose, and always putting the planet first. It recognizes our efforts to minimize environmental impact, support the health and well-being of our employees, and set a new standard for responsible production in the fashion and textile industry.
This milestone also supports our broader climate strategy, contributing to our goals for carbon reduction and operational resilience. It is a clear example of how sustainability is embedded not only in our products — but in the very spaces where they are made.
At Q Collection, we believe that every factory should be a force for good: for people, for the planet, and for the future. Achieving LEED Platinum is both a proud moment and a stepping stone toward more ambitious goals. We’re grateful to the dedicated teams who made this possible — and to our partners and stakeholders who continue to support our journey.
