We are proud to announce the successful onboarding of three manufacturing units in Sri Lanka, marking a significant step forward in Q Collection’s strategic global expansion.
This milestone was made possible through the leadership of our Technology and Digital Excellence team, who overcame unique challenges — from operating in a region where we had no prior tech footprint to integrating with an entirely new technology and vendor ecosystem. Despite these complexities, the transition was delivered seamlessly, with zero downtime and no major system issues.
Equally noteworthy, the changeover was executed with minimal resistance, with last-minute additional business requirements being incorporated without disruption. This success is a testament to the team’s technical expertise, collaborative spirit and resilience in the face of new challenges.
